Due to recent developments involving the pandemic in Sydney, we will be adhering to the following policies until further notice:
- Deliveries will be curbside or to lobbies of buildings only.
- Deliveries will take place every Wednesday and Sunday. If you’d like to request a specific time we can take that into consideration, and try to work it into the delivery schedule for that day.
You will receive a text message when the delivery driver is on their way. Please make sure your phone number on file is a phone that can receive text messages. You will receive a notification when the driver arrives, and will be required to either meet them or ensure that a doorman is available to receive the delivery.
These policies are enacted to ensure the maximum safety of our crew and the city at large. We will be taking extra sanitary precautions during the preparation process to avoid any potential transmission of COVID-19.

Deliveries outside of this area can be arranged by special request and if we're able to accommodate, may incur additional charges.
Ideally, someone is be available to receive the delivery. If no one will be there to receive the delivery, you may give us permission to leave the plant outside the delivery address in the checkout notes. However we may not be able to facilitate this request in severe weather. If no one is there to receive the delivery and we are unable to leave it behind, a re-delivery fee will be incurred. Cancelled orders will incur a 20% restocking fee once they have been prepared for delivery.
In case of inclement weather, we will automatically reschedule deliveries for a time that we deem safe. We will send out a notification email the day before.

Plant Return Policy
All of our plants are covered under our 7 Day Plant Guarantee. If the plant you have received has a noticeable health decline beyond repair (and without our free consolation service) within 7 days, we will provide a replacement. Please make sure to take a photo upon arrival of plant so we can diagnose the first signs of plant health decline.
If your order is damaged or fails to meet your expectations, please contact us as soon as you receive your delivery or pickup at email@example.com or 0452490373 and we would be gladly assist and hopefully assuage any of your concerns. Please make sure to have your order number and contact details handy upon contact.
Also, it is always helpful to have a description of your plant’s symptoms, care of any concerns, recent care given, and photos.
Pot Return Policy
Returns and exchanges of pots ordered through our online store are only accepted case-by-case. As you can imagine plants are living things have have no guarantee to live forever. Pots however, can be exchanged with change of mind within 14 days, as long as you have the receipt and there is no damage to the product.
However, if you do recognise damage or are not pleased with your order, take a photo and send as soon as possible. This is to make certain we can right any wrongs that have occurred during delivery or post. Please send a photo of the damage within 24 hours of delivery to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and contact details, and we'll be in touch to deliver a replacement pot. Any requests after 24 hours of delivery cannot be facilitated.
All cancelled orders will incur a $25 restocking fee only after they have been planted and prepared for delivery. If you're able to notify us before 5pm the day before your scheduled delivery, you can avoid a cancellation fee and get a full refund. Please contact us at email@example.com to cancel your order.
