With Plant Care Consults you can speak with an expert at Perky Leaves for anything plant related without leaving your space! Whether you have pests, questions regarding plant care & maintenance or maybe you're looking for suggestions for a DIY project - whatever it is, we are always keen to connect over video and have a chat and leave you with a solid recommendation on next steps. 

 

@Home Plant Styling is the best option for those looking to add greenery to their home but need a professional to ensure you get the right plants in the right places so they  grow & thrive without too much fuss.  An initial consult visit will provide a range plants will work in your space with your desired aesthetic.  From the bathroom to the living room to a vertical garden, Brigid will assess your space and match that to your needs to ensure nature thrives in your home.

Meet Brigid, the Leaf Executive Officer of Perky Leaves. As a city-dweller herself, originally from Dallas and now Sydney for over 6 years, she started Perky Leaves at a retail store in Glebe with a love for plants and providing a modern way for us to feel close to nature. With some basic information on your interior and a grasp of your desired aesthetic, Perky Leaves makes it simple and stress-free to combine nature and a living space you love.

THE IMPORTANCE OF NATURE

Evidence continues to accumulate that a nature-rich environment and being amongst plants has both physical and mental health benefits. However, our modern busy lives can make it a bit of a challenge to take a forest bath or even head to the Blue Mountains for a hike every week. So if you can't be in nature, Perky Leaves will bring nature to you.

Perky Leaves wants to support you on your plant journey - making your interiors a bit more green. We deliver and ship plants right to your door, offer consults virtually for any plant care needs and also offer in-home plant-styling where we provide a range of beautiful plants and planters we have available to us.

Delivery

Where do you deliver to?


Right now, Cheeky Leaves services inner metropolitan Sydney. What does that mean? If you're in one of these postcodes, we can deliver to you! For the full list of suburbs we deliver to, click here. Deliveries outside of this area can be arranged by special request and if we're able to accommodate, may incur additional charges.




What is the cost for delivery?


We charge a flat fee of $20 for delivery to our service areas. That said, you can avoid any delivery fees completely if you spend $80 or more on anything on the site!




How long does delivery usually take?


Deliveries will take place every Wednesday and Sunday. If you’d like to request a specific time we can take that into consideration, and try to work it into the delivery schedule for that day. In order to have a chance at delivery the next day, please ensure your order is placed before 2pm the day before. Eg. for delivery Wednesday, have your order placed by 2pm Tuesday.




What about out-of-stock items on backorder?


For an item that is out of stock, and you place it on backorder, we can usually deliver within a week however it is very difficult to estimate an item's availability at any given time. We will communicate via text and email with updates on any out-of-stock items. If we cannot fulfil an order you make, we will offer a full refund.




Do I need to be present for the delivery?


Ideally, someone is be available to receive the delivery. If no one will be there to receive the delivery, you may give us permission to leave the plant outside the delivery address in the checkout notes. However we may not be able to facilitate this request in severe weather. If no one is there to receive the delivery and we are unable to leave it behind, a re-delivery fee will be incurred. Cancelled orders will incur a 20% restocking fee once they have been prepared for delivery.

Returns

Can I return a plant if I don't like it?


We do our best to ensure the photos on cheekyleaves.com.au are as accurate of a representation as possible, of the plant you'll recieve. That said, like us, all plants are living things and have their own unique look. However, if your order is damaged or fails to meet your expectations, please contact us as soon as you receive your delivery or pickup at care@cheekyleaves.com.au or 0452490373 and we would be gladly assist and hopefully assuage any of your concerns. Please make sure to have your order number and contact details handy upon contact.




What do I do if the item I recieve is damaged upon delivery?


We are happy to accept returns for damaged items. We have different policies for plants and pots. Please check out our Returns Policy for full details.




Can I my order before it is delivered?


If you decide you no longer want your order, please advise us before 5pm the day before your scheduled delivery to cancel the order with a full refund. Notifying us after this time will result in a $25 re-stocking fee.





Plants

Will my plant look exactly like the one on the site?


We do our best to select plants that are similar in size and shape to the plants pictured on our website. However keep in mind that plants are individual and unique living things, so there will be some variation in shape, size, and color.
